BRAND AMBASSADOR/AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the brand ambassador/affiliate program. The terms "Brand ambassador/affiliate", "you", and "your" are referring to you, the applicant. The terms "We", "our", "us" refer to The PM Agency.

AGREEMENT DURATION

This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your ambassador application and will end when terminated by either party in writing.

Becoming and ambassador and/or affiliate does not establish any legal or financial relationship with The PM Agency. We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate and/or ambassador's position at any time. With or without reason, by giving the other party written notice of termination.

PERSONAL CODE /TRACKING LINK USAGE

As an ambassador/affiliate, we provide a coupon code and a tracking link for you to share and have your referrals use with their purchase. This code is only to be shared to be shared with your audience on your social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, Insta story, etc. Coupon code should not be published on any public coupon website.  

The commission on each link or code will be made clear in the ambassador portal.

THE PM AGENCY AMBASSADOR:

• Acceptance is based on social media presence and quality.

• You will be assigned a coupon code. 

• By being a brand ambassador, you have the opportunity to have a personal profile on our website with all of your info (Photo, bio, and interview questions) + your social media links.

EXPECTATIONS:

Create quality content (picture and/or video) and include The PM Agency social media handle and website in post. We ask that you have our handle and website exclusively in the post. Do not include other companies' tags. 

Frequency is up to the affiliate, but the general rule is the more you post, the more yo can earn on any of the following sites: Insta Story, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube. You may track your earnings and status in the affiliate portal.

Payout is once a month via Paypal.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT

As an affiliate or brand ambassador we encourage you to be unique and creative when posting and sharing. That said, restrictions on creating or sharing content associated with The PM Agency includes the following:

​

• Promoting sexually explicit materials 

• Promoting violence and/or drug use 

• Promoting discrimination based on race, sex, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or age

• Promoting illegal or questionable activities 

• Being a jerk, in general 

Not following any of the above terms will lead to immediate code deactivation and removal from The PM Agency ambassador/affiliate program, followed by a permanent block.
